AGAVE – The Soul of HotTorque

We start with nothing less than the best: 100% Blue Weber agave, fully matured for over 7 years and grown high in Jalisco, Mexico. Our agaves are selected from both the highlands and lowlands, where sun, soil, and time work their magic.

This unique blend of terroirs, cooked and distilled together, is what gives HotTorque Tequila its unmistakably smooth, bold, and beautifully layered agave character—an experience you won’t find anywhere else.

Hot Torque Blanco

Our Blanco is a radiant expression of agave in its most refined form — crafted from fully mature agave, deep volcanic spring water, and wild, native yeast nurtured over years. Crystal-clear and strikingly clean on the palate, it delivers a silky-smooth texture with a vibrant, refreshing finish. Every sip is an absolute delight — bright, elegant, and effortlessly pure. This is more than a spirit — it’s a celebration of balance, beauty, and bold simplicity.

Hot Torque Anejo

 Our Anejo is Aged just shy of 18 months in smoked American white oak barrels, our Añejo is a spirit born from fire, wood, and time. Each sip is a voyage — awakening the senses, stirring the soul, and transporting you to a realm where tradition meets the unexpected. Whether enjoyed neat or in a bold specialised cocktail.


 

Hot Torque Reposado

Our Reposado Tequila is a true masterpiece. Rested for 3 to 6 months, it’s then aged in seasoned, scorched American White Oak barrels to develop its bold, refined character. With every sip, you’ll uncover notes of exotic fruits, floral aromas, rich golden agave nectar, and the crisp purity of natural spring water.
This is how a Reposado should taste—smooth, vibrant, and irresistibly complex.

Where Fire Meets Patience

We slow-roast our agaves for 36–54 hours in centuries-old brick ovens (hornos) to coax out their rich, caramelized sweetness. Then we blend them 50/50 with autoclave-roasted agave to create a flavor that’s both traditionally deep and refreshingly modern.
No diffusers. No shortcuts. Ever.

Extraction

Pure Sweet Gold

We extract the agave juice the old-school way—through a traditional molino, gently squeezing the fibers to release every drop of sweet, sugary nectar. It’s then washed with pure, reverse-osmosis treated water.
Even the leftover fibers? Recycled. Reused. Respected.

Fermentation

Let Nature Take the Lead

We take our time here. With our custom wild yeast and a slow fermentation process that lasts up to 60 hours, we let the natural flavors evolve and mature. The longer it ferments, the more complex, aromatic, and full-bodied the result.
Mass producers rush this part. We never do.

Distillation


Only the Heart Remains

Our tequila is distilled twice in traditional copper pot stills, slow and steady, to protect the full agave flavor. We keep only the “heart” of the distillate—the perfect center. The heads and tails? We cut them out. Because only the best makes it into the bottle.
